How we make our beerI keep my recipes uncomplicated and use good ingedients generously, then give them enough time to ferment naturally. No animal, nor fish based products are used, so if you are a vegan or vegetarian, Moodley's is the right choice for you. In fact, all my beers are now approved by the Vegetarian Society, which is reflected in the new labels. My taste preference is for live, unfiltered beer which may leave some sediment at the bottom of the bottle but, ultimately makes for a more interesting flavour. Find out more about our beer here. |

I am in charge of the wildlife garden at the back of allotment which is open to visitors. Please have a look. |
